A 22-Karat Gold Pendant Featuring A Tetradrachm of Athens

The coin has been set in a box bezel, with both sides of the coin visible. The repoussé bail has been set with a cabochon sapphire.
Obverse: the head of Athena, facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet
Reverse: An owl, Athena’s familiar, standing right, facing front. There is an olive sprig and crescent behind it.
