A HELLENISTIC GREEK PARCEL GILT SILVER CALYX CUP
The repoussé silver fluted bowl of the vessel is decorated with an incised floral motif on the underside, and an ornately tooled guilloche band about the shoulder. The interior features a separately made repoussé head of Dionysos in exquisite deep relief. Traces of gilding throughout.
